Trustee Services

It is well known among certain circles that we call our Client base that Trustees of Express Trusts under the Common Law are afforded greater latitude in their activities. This can sometimes prove a bit difficult in that unlimited or countless choices will often cause anxiety when it comes time to choose which decision is best or which is most prudent.

Our representatives provide our Clients with trustee services such as consultation, reorganization assistance, and even certain emergency services. The extent of this service is difficult to illustrate as it often includes the particular case-by-case situation of the Trustee or Board of Trustees.



Trustee Services:
  • One free 30 minute consultation per Express Trust arrangement
  • Each consultation after the first (200.00 USD / 30 min. with a 1-hour minimum)
