Express Trusts

How do I get started?
We have perfected many standard Express Trusts designed to serve any purpose, for example: to hold various assets, to conduct simple business, to act as a surety, and much more. We call these Universal Express Trusts (UETs).
We have also perfected many special Express Trusts designed to perform a particular task, for example: to create a land trust or real estate investment trust, assurance trust (for cheap insurance), holding trust (to hold certain types of assets), automobile trust (to answer the question of “Is my trust vulnerable from a car accident?”), strawman trust for cheap asset protection, business trusts for all types of businesses, and much more. We call these Specialized Express Trusts (SETs).
We are also able to design any Express Trust under the same successful asset protection strategy, just customized with more to suit the special needs of a situation. We call these Custom Express Trusts (CETs).
In addition to our many types of Express Trusts, we have designed many types of asset protection plans. Within each plan, each trust serves an integral, yet separate and co-equal function, sort of like braches in a lawful government. We call our standard plans Standard Trust Models (STMs). We call our custom plans Custom Trust Models (CTMs).
Every one of our trusts and plans were carefully crafted according to the guidelines of the most successful strategies and knowledge of such legal eagles as Alexander Hamilton, Patrick Henry, Sydney R. Wrightington, US Secretary of State Richard Olney, Guy A. Thompson, John Sears, William Dunn, William Whiting and even Stephen Dycus. What we offer in each Express Trust and asset protection strategy is fail proof.
As you can see from our About Your Trusts page, our Express Trusts place the entire legal property consisting of gold or silver coin into your possession permanently as trustee. This is one of many asset protection secrets, and is a key component of our successful approach to every asset protection strategy.
This is the offer to form the Express Trust’s contract. Once the settlor makes this offer, it is irrevocable and he can’t take it back or renege in any way, shape or form. He cannot come back and claim ownership of any part of the trust at any point once the offer is made. He cannot liquidate the gold or silver from that point forward. His word is his bond.
NACRS then publishes his offer in such a way as to get the news of the offer to you. Our job is to separate the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. We have to screen potential trustees, such as you, on behalf of the settlor because the maxim of law says that an individual has a duty to find out the character of the individual or organization he is contracting with. There’s simply too much power at stake for us to do anything less.
The screening process works by you, as offeree, submitting an application setting forth the terms of your acceptance, which includes the number of trusts you would be willing to command, the trust names, the asset protection plan, and the name of the individual(s) or organization(s) you would like to have serve with you as your co-trustee(s) in the Board of Trustees. If the asset protection plan is a custom model, you will need to talk to one of our client services representatives and he or she will give you the proper wording to include in your application. Any co-trustees you name will be treated as an original party to the contract and must also sign the Form ETA application.
Once you have accepted the offer and have submitted your application with the full application service fee, we then solidify the contract into trust form, and submit all trust documents and trust property (gold and/or silver) to you, thereby fulfilling our obligation. You then receive the trust property, sign the trust documents before a notarial officer (notary public in most cases), and assume the powers and duties of trustee (or as the Board of Trustees).
Until you sign the documents, the trust is only an executable trust and will not be considered active in the eyes of the law. Once you have signed it, it becomes an executed trust. At that point, you have full control and power to do everything discussed in our About Your Trusts page and in the new 2d edition of Weiss's Concise Trustee Handbook.
We process your confidential application the moment we receive it as long as full payment was sent pursuant to the instructions given on page 4 of the Form ETA application. We hold our trust meetings with a settlor at certain times each week, so regardless of when you send the application you are no more than a week away from having the trust created. It’s then just a matter of us shipping the package to you.
Because we’re sending gold or silver coin and very expensive materials and paperwork, we send everything to you via private carriers, such as UPS, FedEx or OnTrac. It will be delivered to the exact physical address that you provided in section C of the Form ETA application, which cannot be a PO Box. We frequently do overnight delivery to accommodate you if you have an emergency situation or circumstances in which time is of the essence. At the latest, you're looking at about 14-21 days to fully impliment the asset protection strategy.
The following is just a sample of the wide variety of Express Trusts and asset protection plans we can arrange for you. Even though these are NACRS standard makes and models, we are fully prepared and more than happy to meet your particular needs, desires, and objectives. Have a look for yourself.
The geometry shown in the following charts has nothing to do with the level of protection. What it does is it allows you, the insider, to see the relationship between the various types of trust involved in each asset protection strategy. Outsiders face absolute difficulty when attempting to pierce the trust “veil”. But isn’t that point of knowing America's best-kept asset protection secrets?
In fact, they cannot penetrate the trust unless you give them access because common law in America prevents any individual, organization, court or government, Federal, State or local, from legally interfering with contractual obligations. Simplicity is the essence of design.
