During the life of our relationship with you, we provide you with full product/service support by e-mail. We provide you with a free telephone consultation per Express Trust set. An individualized rate is available for all other consultations depending on the particulars of the situation. Face-to-face meetings are held on a special or emergency basis only.

As our Client you get the maximum value for all money spent. We are available for you 7 days a week. Your correspondence is given priority over all others, and you are given access to documents, forms and procedures that are exclusive.

Privacy and security are the highest priority. Therefore, we maintain no accounts or personal records. You are guaranteed absolute confidentiality by a security agreement. If your life is an open book to your opponent you are at a serious disadvantage. That's why we do everything possible to protect your information. We have never failed.

Any correspondence you ship to us is securely received. All communication is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please be aware that our policy places a moral responsibility on us to exercise proper judgment when taking on new Clients. We follow the maxim: "One who contracts ought to know the quality of the individual with whom he contracts."
