How To Order in 3 Easy Steps

Please contact an NACRS representative by e-mail prior to submitting all service orders so that we can issue you a reference number that will allow us to process your order more efficiently. Without a reference number, your order will be delayed until one is issued. It’s also a good idea to contact us ahead of time if you need assistance in filling out the forms, which will prevent unnecessary delays in the application process.

Step 1 – Fill out the proper application

If you are applying for the Commercial Process, Bond Process, Express Trust Forms, Trustee Services, Decoding the BAR, or anything other than Express Trusts or an asset protection plan, you will need to fill out a Form PS application.

If you are applying for Express Trusts or an asset protection plan, you will need to fill out a Form ETA application. If your plan involves more than 3 trustees, you will need to also fill out an addendum Form ETAad1. If your plan involves more than 9 trusts, you will also need to fill out an addendum Form ETAad2. Please attach each addendum to the original Form ETA.

Step 2 – Choose your preferred payment method


**Due to the decline in the market price of the US Dollar, we are generally requiring that all payments be made with Domestic or International Postal Money Orders. Credit cards are now accepted only on a client emergency basis and the costs may increase significantly in order to compensate for the inflation rate.

This is because postal money orders are secured instruments, backed by gold holdings, and have no expiration date. As a common law entity, we have the power to use these as a de facto currency as long as they are submitted to us properly. All international postal money orders need to be payable in US Dollars. The proper way to submit postal money orders to us is as follows:

  • Leave each postal money order entirely blank and unaltered just as you would with a US Dollar
  • Do not detach the perforated receipt/stub
  • Write only your certified mail or UPS or FedEx tracking number on the money order receipt/stub in the space named “C.O.D. OR USED FOR” at the bottom of the receipt/stub
  • Make a front and back Xerox copy of the money order for your records. This is your protection! You should save the post office receipt you were given when you purchased the money order, and staple it to the Xerox copies.


Step 3 – Send the package to us via secure shipping method such as certified mail, FedEx or UPS with a tracking number

Send the completed form along with full payment to the address provided below and on page 4 of the application itself. Orders are processed at the time payment is received. All Product & Service items are shipped by UPS, FedEx or OnTrac overnight for early morning delivery. All Express Trusts are shipped by UPS, FedEx or OnTrac ground delivery due to the weight of the package. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery from the time we receive your application.
