Our Clients' privacy and security are of the highest priority. Most problems that occur in daily affairs are a direct or indirect result of overexposure. Since problems may occur under a variety of guises (including under color of law) we protect our Clients' in every way possible.

We provide each Client with one free consultation per Express Trust arrangement, and with an individualized rate for all Commercial Process and Bond Process consultations (depending on the particulars of the situation). We must charge for our time and knowledge not only because of the high volume of Clients we service, but also because of the maxim: "that which is free is usually regarded as free of value."

With us, the Client gets the maximum value for any money spent. We are available for our clients 7 days a week by phone, usually between the hours of 7am & 4pm (Pacific Standard Time), and by e-mail 24/7. We usually respond to all voicemail and e-mail messages the next business day.

Our clients include some of the most influential, elite, and well-known members of the various communities throughout major cities and suburbs of America and abroad. But we are pleased to tout that no one but the Clients themselves, and our specific agents who deal directly with them, know their identity.

Our privacy policy places a moral responsibility on NACRS to exercise proper judgment and discretion when taking on new Clients. We follow the maxim: "one who contracts ought to know the quality of the individual with whom he contracts." So, we reserve the right to refuse to contract with any potential Client.

When all said and done, we empower Clients with the tools to succeed and accomplish their objectives. Most often, this involves the sometimes hidden power of their rights at Law and in Equity. We are firm believers in and followers of the maxim: "one who uses his legal rights, harms no one."
