About Us
NACRS is an Express Trust Organization under the common law, following a modernized declaration model similar to the ones perfected by the authors of the Massachusetts Land Trusts and Massachusetts Electric Companies, and the one utilized by Alexander Hamilton in forming the Merchants Bank of New York in 1810 (but less banking oriented).
Our niche has been providing Clients with the kind of business and personal privacy, asset protection and financial security, commercial independence, elimination of personal risk and liability, protection of personal and business interests, esoteric knowledge and legal maneuverability once enjoyed only by the European and American elite.
We offer no legal representation or advice. We maintain no accounts. We store no personal records of our Clients. We maintain absolute confidentiality under security agreement. All this keeps everything strictly private, between you (the Client) and us (the Key).
